On floor 7… 1. Bed is very comfortable; fluffy comforter and white linens 2. Clean white streamlined decor 3. Storage space is ample 4. Window opens 5. Lighting optimal in room/ bathroom 6. Flooring (not carpet) 7. Air/ Heating unit very effective 8. Bathroom modernized - Shower unit/ Sink/ Toilet 9. Hot water in shower unit lasts 10. Last but not least: Super fantastic customer service of management and staff. All have been incredibly helpful and accommodating

We read some positive reviews and decided to stay at Mia and we were absolutely blown away by the exceptional hospitality by all the staff. All the staff are so friendly and helpful in every way. They check up on you to see if there's anything you would need during your stay and take the initiative to make/confirm reservations, provide recommendations, and suggest things you may need before you even ask. They even provided us with a dinner box as we were leaving to make sure we wouldn't be hungry for our night flight. Best hotel experience we had abroad and would recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi. We were very satisfied staying here!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service level demonstrated by this hotel is exemplary and we have never experienced such thoughtful and warm service from a hotel before. Since we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly greeted and welcomed by the staff with a smile. From then on, all our concerns and questions are handled. They made sure our stay were comfortable. The rooms are also very luxurious. Breakfast was one of the most delicious ones we had in Hanoi - too bad we couldn't eat it again on checkout day as we had to leave early to the airport. All in all, this hotel truly deserves the number one hotel in Hanoi. It's not just the rooms and facilities but the staff that made this hotel stand out among all the hotels in the city.

Choosing a hotel in Hanoi was very difficult for me as I had no idea what to expect and the reviews for this hotel were varied. Our flight was delayed so we arrived very late and the staff were so accommodating and helpful when we arrived. They did everything to get us into our rooms as fast as possible. The staff are all so friendly and within the first few days they could remember our room numbers, how many people we were travelling with, how we had our coffee and our names. The hotel organized and recommended tours, all hotels do this yes, however, at this hotel they asked us personal questions to tailor the experience for us. They always followed up and were interested in our feedback. They also asked us what we enjoyed so that they could recommend to others. They gave us advice on everything from how to stay safe to crossing the road, anyone who has been to Hanoi knows how hard this can be. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

We have just spent a fabulous three nights stay at Mia Hotel and would highly recommend. The staff were very kind and attentive and work hard to make everything perfect for your stay. We left for an overnight trip to Sapa and they were happy to store our cases for us, which is really helpful and we look forward to being back here for one night afterwards. Airport pickup was smooth and stress free, lots of tips of places to visit. The location is so perfect, right in the centre of everything but still quiet enough when you close the door!
